The Kringle Group, LLC / RealSantas.com  - Safety Statement

In recent years many families have become very concerned about the well being of their children.  Too many times they have heard of events where children have been placed in alarming or harmful situations.  This has lead to the parents and families demanding that controls and safety margins be put in place to protect their children.  Today, employees and volunteers in education, youth organizations, churches, hospitals, and care facilities, people who are in charge of managing or supervising children,  are being required to have background checks. 

The Kringle Group, LLC is very aware of the need to protect and watch over our children.  And even though there is no law requiring it, we have opted to be pro-active and require background checks of every Santa that we send to a party or event.  I is our position to put all parents and family at ease and know their children are Safe in the hands of any Santa from our company.

We have selected Employee Screening Resources (ESR) as the third party agency to handle all background checks of our Santas.  Each Santa must have an annual background check in order to be listed or referred by our company. 

In addition, we also asking each Santa and entertainer to have an individual entertainers liability insurance policy.
